How to Make A Claim

Step 1 – Find a lower, publicly available rate

The lower rate must be for the same dates and room type within 24 hours of making your reservation.

Step 2 – Gather information related to your stay

You will need your reservation confirmation number, arrival and departure dates along with the web page address showing the comparison date.

Step 3 – Submit a claim form

Complete a claim form. Be sure to fill out all the required fields marked with an asterisk and hit submit.

Step 4 – Your claim will be evaluated

Once your form has been submitted, our guest assistance team will evaluate your claim to ensure it meets our Terms and Conditions.

Step 5 – Our team will contact you

Within 24 hours, our guest assistance team will contact you regarding the status of your claim. If we find your claim to be valid, we’ll match the third party rate and give you 10% off your hotel reservation.

What if I found a comparison rate for a different room type?

• The comparison rate must be for the same room type and number of stays as your reservation.

Are all third-party sites eligible?

• No. We do not accept rates that are not publicly available, such as discount and negotiated rates. Rates that are available on opaque sites such as and are also not eligible.
