Step 1. Find a lower, publicly available rate
The lower rate must be for the same dates and room type within 24 hours of making your reservation.
Step 2. Gather information related to your stay
You will need your reservation confirmation number, arrival and departure dates along with the web page address showing the comparison date.
Step 3. Submit a claim form
Complete an online claim form. Please be sure your claim meets our Terms and Conditions before submitting.
Step 4. Your claim will be evaluated
Once your form has been submitted, our guest assistance team will evaluate your claim.
Step 5. Our team will contact you
Within 24 hours, our guest assistance team will contact you regarding the status of your claim. If we find your claim to be valid, we’ll match the third party rate and give you 10% off your hotel reservation.
