Bistro Napa is pleased to present: El Fogonero Tequila Dinner on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. Reservations Recommended. Must be at least 21.

First Course: Lobster Tamale. Butter Poached Lobster, White Corn Masa, Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Jicama Slaw.
Cocktail: Veni, Vedi, Verde, El Fogonero Blanco

Second Course: Chile Relleno Con Pollo. Fire Roasted Peppers, Chicken Confit and Queso Blanco, Pepita-Cumin Rice, Prickly Pear Salsa.
Cocktail: Prickly Pear Paloma, El Fogonero Reposado

Third Course: Fry Bread Taco. Rojo Pulled Pork, Frijoles Negros, Shredded Cabbage, Roasted Tomato Salsa, Chunky Guacamole, Sand Hill Dairy Habanero Cheddar.
Cocktail: Kokopelli, El Fogonero Anejo

Fourth Course: West Texas BBQ. House-Smoked Chipotle Rubbed Tri-Tip, Chorizo Rancho Beans, Fire Roasted Corn with Guajillo Chile and Sand Hill Dairy Queso Fresco.
Cocktail: El Fogonero Extra Anejo, served neat.

Dessert: Sopapillas Con Helado. New Mexico-style Puffed Pastry, Honey-Orange Ice Cream with Pine Nuts, Dulce de Leche.
