Johnathan L. Wright presents Flavors of the Mediterranean Dinner

RENO, NV— You can feel it in the air. Crispness. The changing of the seasons. Atlantis Steakhouse is thrilled to partner with Johnathan L. Wright, Food and Drink Editor, Reno-Gazette Journal as we take guests through a culinary exploration and usher in autumn.
The journey begins at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29th with a Foie Gras Custard amuse bouche. The first course of Stuffed Potato Gnocchi is reminiscent of cool autumn days, and is followed by Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. The third and fourth courses bring in subtle spice – Cumin-Scented Ahi Tuna and Moroccan-Spiced Rack of Lamb. The grand finale is a Baklava Parfait. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a cocktail or wine to accompany.
