To claim your lower price, you must have a room rate reserved at an Atlantis booking channel and the comparison rate in addition to a completed claim form submitted.

You must have a confirmed reservation made through one of the following Atlantis booking channels:

www.atlantiscasino.com,
Atlantis Reno App,
Atlantis hotel telephone reservations or
directly at Atlantis

You must find a lower, publicly available rate on a non-Atlantis booking channel for the same accommodations. This excludes opaque sites that do not disclose the hotel brand until after a reservation is made.The lower rate must be for the same room type, same number of guests with the same dates and length of stay.

You must submit your claim form within 24 hours of making your reservation and at least 24 hours prior to your arrival at Atlantis.

The same accommodations must be made available for purchase at the lower rate when we validate your claim.

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa reserves the right to cancel this offer and modify the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion unless prohibited by law.

Price comparisons will be made net of taxes, resort fees, service charges, gratuities or other fees and incidental charges.

If we verify the lower price based on availability and eligibility, we’ll match the lower rate plus give you 10% off your hotel reservation.

Our guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

Rates that are not publicly available, such as discount and negotiated rates, including but not limited to the following rates: government, group, corporate, pre-paid rates (including electronic vouchers and certificates), promotional or other rates not available to the general public.
