Bistro Napa welcomes you for an evening showcasing some of the world’s best bubbly from Veuve Clicquot. Founded in the 1770’s, this famous producer became the first champagne house to be taken over by a woman when Barb-Nicole Ponsardin was left a widow in 1805. Madame Cliquot shifted the family’s business interest away from banking and wool trading to focus solely on champagne production to great success that is still apparent today.
