Bistro Napa is proud to present a lively spirits dinner featuring Rhum Clément
from the island of Martinique. In 1887, family patriarch Homère Clément
purchased a 43-acre sugar plantation and pioneered the production of Rhum Agricole which utilizes fresh, free-run sugar cane juice rather than molasses. This new method was carried on by his sons and grandsons over the next hundred years before passing the torch to the Hayot family who continue to produce some of the Caribbean’s finest rums.
