Ring in the New Year with Silver Oak Cellars!

Bistro Napa proudly presents our first Spirited Dining event of the New Year with Silver Oak featuring Nate Weis, Director of Winemaking, Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars. For more than 40 years, Silver Oak has devoted its focus on producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. As an ambassador for one of the most well-known Cabernet brands in the US, Nate Weis is responsible for managing both Napa Valley and Alexander Valley wine production from grape to bottle. Our menu will also feature Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot from their sister property, Twomey Vineyards.
