Join us in the Atlantis Steakhouse for an evening of exceptional wine and cuisine with winemaker Kirk Venge. Following in his father’s footsteps as one of the Napa Valley’s most notable winemakers, Kirk grew up living and learning the rhythms of winemaking. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Viticulture and Enology, he now focuses on specific vineyard practices that nurture the best fruit, followed by cellar practices that combine the best aspects of traditional and progressive winemaking techniques.
