Experience exciting new dishes at Bistro Napa

The Atlantis Food and Beverage team is excited to announce a new seasonal menu in Bistro Napa built around the idea of sharing tastes of the best autumnal ingredients. In addition to tasting portions of Bistro Napa classics, Chef de Cuisine Clayton Slieff and his culinary team have created some exciting new dishes such as Lamb Lollipops with chimichurri sauce, Duck Poutine with cheddar cheese curds and Port wine demi-glace, and spicy Camarones Ala Diabla. “Bacon and Eggs”, featuring bacon wrapped pork belly and sunnyside up quail eggs on toasted brioche, as well as “Meat and Potatoes” - short rib stuffed crispy taters with horseradish mustard and cheddar cheese sauce are also new and noteworthy.
The “Tastes” theme continues on into the dessert course when guests are invited to sample an array of individual-size desserts ranging from Salted Caramel Budino and Chocolate Mousse to Pumpkin Cheesecake and Butterfinger Parfait to name but a few. The flavors will change with the seasons and guests are encouraged to order multiple desserts to share. We look forward to seeing you soon.
