SPORTS WAGERING DISCLAIMERS

SPORTS WAGERING DISCLAIMERS

BASEBALL

Baseball proposition wagers – Both listed pitchers must start for action.

GOLF – All bets are action regardless of golfer not playing in specified tournament.

Golf matchup wagers – Both golfers must tee off for action.  If players have completed the same number of holes, lowest score wins.  If players are involved in a 3-way (or more) playoff, golfer who tees off the most holes wins matchup.

NASCAR – All bets are action regardless of driver not running in specified race.  Unofficial results at the end of the race will be used to determine race winner.

Nascar matchup wagers – Both drivers listed in matchup must start for action.  Unofficial results at the end of the race will be used to determine the matchup winner.

BOXING / UFC

Boxing wagers – If on the day of the event’s conclusion no winner is determined or if “no contest” is declared, all wagers to win the fight will be considered “No Action”.

Tennis – All bets are action regardless of player not playing in specified tournament.

Tennis matchup wagers – Two full sets must be completed; without either player retiring or being disqualified for action.

Soccer

For all soccer betting, unless otherwise specified, the score at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus any added injury minutes) will be deemed the final score. Goals scored in “Extra Time” or during “Penalty Shoot Outs” do not count. Game must go 90 minutes with an official result for action unless otherwise specified.

ASIAN HANDICAP

Quarter Lines ( ¼, ¾ ) – Handicap splits the wager between the two closest ½ intervals.  For instance, a $ 100 wager with a handicap of 1 3/4 is the same as wagering $ 50 at 1½ and $ 50 at 2.  The guest’s wager is automatically divided equally and placed as 2 separate wagers.  This means that with a handicap of – ¼, half of the wager is on the “PICK” point handicap and the other half is on the - ½ handicap.

Hockey

For wagering purposes during the hockey regular season, if a game goes to a shootout, the winner of the shootout will be awarded one goal, which counts towards the total. For wagering purposes during the hockey playoffs, if the score is tied at the end of regulation, a 20-minute “sudden death” overtime period will take place. If the score continues to be tied, teams will continue to play 20-minute “sudden death” overtime periods until a winner is determined.
