Bistro Napa is excited to announce a special evening celebrating the agave magic of El Fogonero Tequila. This small batch, premium tequila distillery is the labor of love of three brothers who named their company after their grandfather who was a “fogonero” - the person in charge of roasting the agave. Don Antonio Yera tended the flames for 50 years before teaching his grandsons everything he had learned about the traditional techniques of artisan tequila production that they continue to honor to this day.
