Atlantis Steakhouse presents Accent on Asia Wine Dinner

Usher in autumn with Accent on Asia Spirited Wine Dinner at Atlantis Steakhouse

 RENO, NV. – Atlantis Steakhouse welcomes Reno Gazette-Journal Media’s Food & Drink Editor, Johnathan L. Wright, for an Accent on Asia Spirited Wine Dinner Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 6 p.m.

Wright teamed up with Atlantis Casino Resort Spa’s chefs and sommelier to create a menu that spans the Pacific Rim, starting with the Amuse Bouche of Ahi Poke Napoleon paired with a Karyukai cocktail with hints of lemongrass infused in the sake.

The first course is a Southeast Asian Duck Confit Pot Sticker with a Tamarind dipping sauce paired with Elyse “L’Ingenue” White Blend. For the second course, guests will enjoy a Miso Glazed Sea Bass served with Black Kite “Kite’s Rest”, Pinot Noir, followed by a Pan Seared Scallop and Five-Spice Pork Belly paired with Stanton Vineyards Petite Sirah. Korean Style Wagyu Strip Loin is served for the fourth course, and is presented with housemade Kimchi and paired with Ladera “Stile Blocks” Cabernet Sauvignon. The finale is a Sesame Caramel Macadamia Nut Torte, paired with Dragonwell tea from China.

The event takes place in TripAdvisor’s #1 Reno rated restaurant, Atlantis Steakhouse, known for its exquisite service and attention to detail.Tickets are $125, and reservations can be made by calling 775.824.4411.
