Yorkshire, England’s Oldest Brewery Takes Center Stage at Atlantis Reno

Samuel Smith Brewery to be poured at Bistro Napa

RENO, NEV. – Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is going across the pond for its Oct. 27 Spirited Dining event when it welcomes Yorkshire’s oldest brewery, Samuel Smith to Bistro Napa. The traditional methods of brewing have been preserved at Samuel Smith Brewery, where they still use their original well, sunk in 1758, for the brewing water, which is drawn from 85 feet underground. In addition, the team still has its own cooper who makes and repairs the oak casks, used for all Samuel Smith’s naturally conditioned draught beer.

The dinner begins at 6 p.m., and guests will enjoy the following menu:
