Bistro Napa Debuts New Summer Menu
RENO, NV. – Bistro Napa, home of Reno’s Best Social Hour, is celebrating summer with new recipes featuring the best ingredients available from the farm and the sea.
New Salads include the Artisan Lettuce Salad with fresh peaches and Marcona almonds on a bed of endive and arugula, the Nicoise Salad made with seared ahi, and the Cucumber and Compressed Melon Salad, with watermelon and cucumber presented with goat cheese, sweet shallots, cashews and torn basil.
New seafood items include the Seafood Agnolotti, showcasing housemade pasta pillows with seafood stuffing in a saffron cream sauce, and the Brandade from the “Small Place” selection, which is a housemade crispy fish and potato fritter with confit tomato petals and freshly made tartar sauce.
Vegetarian diners will be happy to hear that Bistro Napa has added Wood-Fired Portobello Mushroom to the menu, as well as Baked Brie, back by popular demand.
Bistro Napa has also added a few European-inspired dishes to the menu, including the Boudin Blanc, an oven-roasted white meat sausage presented with Yukon gold potato puree and the Veal Piccata, served with white wine and lemon-caper sauce.
In addition to the new menu items in the dining room, Atlantis’ culinary team has been busy creating dishes for the Bistro Napa Lounge Menu. Guests can enjoy the new Mediterranean Platter with hummus, baba ganoush and tomato-cucumber salad served with flat bread, Wild Boar Spring Rolls, and Steak & Cilantro Empanadas. Guests who enjoy a taste of the tropics will love the Polynesian marinade of our Ahi Poke Taco served with pear-jicama slaw.
Bistro Napa is open for dinner nightly from 5pm with the Lounge serving as the location for Reno’s finest Social Hour from 4-6pm seven days a week. Featuring an outstanding selection of half-price appetizers, wines by the glass and innovative artisan cocktails, the Bistro Napa Social Hour is the perfect place to gather with friends and family.
