Atlantis Steakhouse presents an exclusive dining event with Johnathan Wright

Tuesday, October 29 • 6 pm

You can feel it in the air. Crispness. The changing of the seasons. Atlantis Steakhouse is thrilled to partner with Johnathan L. Wright, Food and Drink Editor, Reno-Gazette Journal as we take guests through a culinary exploration and usher in autumn.

The journey begins with a Foie Gras Custard amuse bouche. The first course of Stuffed Potato Gnocchi is reminiscent of cool autumn days, and is followed by Pan-Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. The third and fourth courses bring in subtle spice – Cumin-Scented Ahi Tuna and Moroccan-Spiced Rack of Lamb. The grand finale is a Baklava Parfait. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a cocktail or wine to accompany.
