Q: I created an account but I cannot login, what should I do?
A: You must activate your account first. Please check your email for an activation email.

Q: I don't see my tier points or comp points, is my account working?
A: You need to link your Club Paradise card to your online account. Click on "Link Club Card" when you are logged in and provide a valid account number.
Q: I tried to link my Club Paradise card but it says "Unable to link your account" what does this mean?
A: The email address on your online login account must match the email address we have on file for your Club Paradise card. Any recently added or modified email addresses to your Club Paradise account will take up to 6 hours to be available online.
Q: I have created an online account for my account and linked it. How can I link my spouse's card with mine online? We use the same email address.
A: Online Login is unique for each club paradise card holder. In order to view account details (comp points, tier level, offers), the account must have a a different email address.
Q: How do I change or add my email address to my Club Paradise account?
A: If you have no email address for your Club Paradise account or would like to change it, please fill out this email change request form or visit Club Paradise. You may also call Club Desk at 775.825.4700 (recently added/modified email addresses to your Club Paradise account will take up to 6 hours to be available online)
