Domaine Carneros Winemaker Dinner

Experience the pride of Napa's Carneros region first-hand, at the all new Atlantis Steakhouse. On February 12, 2010, Domaine Carneros Winemakers will walk you through an evening of elegant wine, champagne and cuisine! The experience begins at 6:30pm in the Club Room at the Atlantis Steakhouse. Start with Maine Lobster & Blue Crab Cakes, Kumoto Oyster Shooters and Domaine Carneros Brut Cuvee 2006. The first course is a Shrimp Mediterannean paired with Domaine Carneros Brut Rose 2006. Diver Scallops are followed by Filet Mignon served with Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir "Estate" 2007. Dessert consists of a Beggars Purse of Oven Roasted Pear and Stone Fruits infused with creme anglais. Dinner is $95 per person. Make reservations by calling (775) 824-4411.
