Join us in Atlantis Steakhouse for a dinner featuring Darioush Winery. Darioush is noted for carefully crafted wines produced at their state-of-the-art facility in the heart of the Napa Valley. Their offerings include Bordeaux and Rhone varietals grown in impeccably managed estate vineyards in the Napa Valley, which include such diverse sites as Mt. Veeder and Oak Knoll.
The evening's dinner begins with a mouth-watering Amuse-Bouche of Seared Ahi Wontons. Our talented chef's dinner creations include Seared Striped Bass, Duck Consommé with Wild Mushroom Ravioli and Foie Gras Crostini, Cervana Venison Osso Bucco, and a Duet of Veal Medallions and Australian Lamb Loin. Each course is exquisitely paired with one of Darioush's fine wines. A Dark Chocolate Cherry Torte with Vanilla Bean Poached Pear and Mascarpone Cream is the perfectly sweet finish to this delightful dining event.
